Unfortunately not. Outside food and beverage are not permitted on the grounds. We invite you to enjoy out dining, bar, wine cellar, and provided snacks while enjoying your stay.

Dogs aren’t like family. They are family. That’s why the HideAway Country Inn welcomes quiet, non-aggressive canine companions when arrangements are made at the time of reservation.

Advance pet reservations are required since the inn has limited accommodations for pets that include one pet-friendly suite and one apartment. That way you can enjoy the company of your well-behaved dog while on vacation here.

The Inn reserves the option of limiting the number and size of pets (no more than 70 lbs please) on a case-by-case basis. All pet guests (and humans too if we’re being honest) must be completely free of fleas and ticks, well-groomed, and up-to-date on shots and vaccinations.

Ohio Business Retreats are HideAway Inn is smoke-free in ALL Guest Rooms.

Smoking is NOT permitted in any building.

There is a significant room recovery fee of at least 250 per room for a guest who does not comply with the non-smoking policy in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring the guestroom(s) to a smoke-free condition.

Your business retreat check-in will be at 4 PM EST and rarely done before since we are also a functioning Bed and Breakfast. But we are flexible. Arrangements for check-in after 8 PM EST must be made at the time of reservation in order to be guaranteed since the office closes at 8 PM.

Check-out time for the guest rooms/suites is Noon EST, Or Designated time as agreed in writing by Management of Ohio Business Retreat by HideAway Country Inn.

To protect our guests, we’ve done a lot of research to come up with the BEST PRACTICES to completely sanitize our Buisness Retreat center.

After being closed for three months, the owners decided to reopen after installing two Commerical OZONE Machines by SanusAer, one of the top Commerical ozone machines in the USA. SanusAer Ozone machines are made right here in OHIO!

How do we Sanitize the Suites?

Step 1: After check-out, we immediately go into the suite with the Ozone Machine. The machine Sanitizes EVERYTHING. All the Soft furnishings. – Mattresses, Pillows, Carpets, Everything you can possibly touch.

Step 2: Housekeepers attack the suites ~ removes all the dirty sanitized linens, gives them the Laundry Personnel to Wash in Hot Water with CDC approved cleaning agents. Triple Rinse in Hot Water, then dried on high to sanitize one more time.

Step 3: Housekeepers clean extensively with CDC-approved chemicals, all the switches, for light fixtures, lights, wood furniture, entire bathroom, Whirlpool tubs are disinfected inside the pipes and full service of the whirlpool.

In order to hold your meeting space on a definite basis, we require a security deposit of 1,000 USD upon confirmation.

This deposit will be applied to your final master bill following your event. Please include a check or money order or credit card or debit card with your signed contract

All reservations for Ohio Business Retreats must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. This card will be charged upon reservation confirmation. A deposit equal to one-half of the total stay room charge and package (including taxes) will be required to confirm all reservations. Or agreed set dollar amount by management of Ohio Business Retreats at HideAway Country Inn.

Payment will be charged at the time the reservation is made. Unless otherwise stated, advertised rates do not include taxes, gratuities, or incidental charges.

The remaining balance will be paid at the end of your Retreat. Balance is payable via company check, cash or debit, or credit card.
